Isak Oldenburg, the Swedish chef behind "ISI", the best "table d'hôte" in France 2016 (le Fooding), reinvents it in October, the concept of the restaurant JOYA Lifestore for a pop-up in the district of the port of Nice.

"Isak" settles with gastronomic ideas for all the mouths; inventive cooked as an aperitif, small surprises, business lunch and weekend market formula.
A cooked always inspired by seasonal local products, accompanied by a nice selection of natures wines.
A gourmet, gourmet, conscious and lively cuisine that goes to meet producers for excelence and freshness.

bulthaup cooking classes

The next cooking classes
starting from November 2017

In the center of the restaurant, a bulthaup island that gathers gastronomic amateurs around the chef during culinary workshops.
 The classes are held in the exhibition kitchen of the brand Bulthaup.
